Education:
A bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field AND 2-3 years experience in the human resources field, OR Any similar combination of education and experience AND 1-2 years work experience in foreign language.
The Recruiting Coordinator is directly responsible for the development and execution of recruiting plans. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing recruiting initiatives by employing sourcing strategies and resources that will deliver recruiting success to clients and customers to ensure the best possible talent is hired.
- Assists in the development and execution of recruiting plans
- Networks through industry contacts, associates, trade groups and employees to develop a pool of qualified candidates
- Attends career fairs, job fairs, networking events
- Coordinates internal and external job postings
- Processes and tracks job applications in the HR database
- Conducts prescreening of selected candidates to ensure only qualified candidates are referred for interviewing
- Conducts effective orientations to integrate new employees into the company culture
- Fills open positions effectively and efficiently
- Oversees the company internship programs and actively recruits for them
- Assists in testing and selection process to fill vacant positions
- Stays abreast on labor recruiting laws
- Participates in team projects to identify and implement changes to the recruitment process
- Provides staffing related reports to senior management as requested
- Assists with the coordination of determining reasons behind separations by conducting exit interviews and tracking data
- Actively participates in administrative staff meetings and attends meetings & training as requested
- Translates documents for Professional Swine Management and Carthage Veterinary Services as requested
- Assists in the checking in and out procedures for tenant occupancy
- Assists with immigration processes
- Acts as liaison between management and international employees
- Signs farm employees up for training toolboxes and tracks progress
- Assists employees in relocating as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
