Description of activities – herd health visits with Veterinarian, routine necropsies, serological profiling, ventilation analysis, new construction planning, record analysis, biosecurity auditing, bi-weekly Production Meetings.
Non-Veterinary experience includes: Sow and Wean-to-Finish Research Facilities under the direction of a PhD Nutritionist
Expected Time Commitment – approximately 45-50 hours per week
All students accepted must obtain professional liability insurance prior to their internship/externship.
